NAGA gives new clients in Europe one free real share worth up to $120 when they make a first deposit of at least $100 into a Real Share account. Larger deposits can earn 5 to 500 free shares with the Autumn promo codes. Both offers run until 30 November 2026.

Neither one asks you to trade, but both lock your shares for a period and limit your withdrawals. Here is what you get, how to claim it and what to check first.

These offers aren't available through our link to residents of Belgium, France or Spain.

Which NAGA offer can I get?

  • Your First Share, On Us: one free share from a $100 first deposit, with no promo code and a 45-day lock-up.
  • Autumn Free Shares: 5 to 500 free shares from a $2,500 deposit, with a promo code and a 60-day lock-up.

Most readers will want the first one. Check the full terms of Your First Share and the Autumn campaign.

Your First Share, On Us

You make your first deposit into your Real Share account and NAGA credits one real, whole share within three business days. It isn't a fractional share or a cash credit.

The share is drawn at random. NAGA first picks a value tier and then one share within that tier:

  • Low (60% chance, $25 to $66): Pfizer, Infineon, Nike, Bank of America, BASF, General Motors, eBay or Porsche.
  • Medium (25% chance, $60 to $71): Mercedes-Benz, Uber, Coca-Cola, Citigroup or Continental.
  • High (15% chance, $114 to $123): Disney or Intel.

Prices are indicative and NAGA may change the list. It advertises the offer as worth up to $120, but 60% of clients land in the low tier.

Key conditions

  • Who can claim it: first-time depositors only, with one free share per client.
  • Deposit: $100 or more into your Real Share account. Deposits into any other account don't count.
  • Lock-up: 45 days from the date the share is credited. You can see the share but you can't sell, transfer or withdraw it.
  • Keep your deposit: your deposits minus withdrawals must stay at $100 or more for the full 45 days. Moving money out of the Real Share account to another NAGA account counts as a withdrawal, and dropping below $100 costs you the share.
  • Market falls: losses from price moves don't affect your entitlement.
  • After the lock-up: the share becomes tradable and withdrawable, with no trading requirement.

Autumn Free Shares: 5 to 500 shares

This campaign is open to new and existing clients. The number of shares depends on your deposit into the Real Share account:

  • $2,500: 5 shares, code Autumn5
  • $5,000: 10 shares, code Autumn10
  • $10,000: 20 shares, code Autumn20
  • $25,000: 40 shares, code Autumn40
  • $50,000: 75 shares, code Autumn75
  • $100,000: 100 shares, code Autumn100
  • Each extra $1,000, up to $400,000 more: 1 share, code AUTUMN500

Up to $10,000, you need a $500 deposit per share. That rises to $625 at $25,000 and $1,000 at $100,000, so the lower levels give you more shares for each dollar deposited.

Each share comes from a list of 30 companies, including Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, Tesla and Coca-Cola. Its approximate value depends on a random draw:

  • $25 to $140: 28% probability
  • $141 to $255: 24% probability
  • $256 to $370: 20% probability
  • $371 to $485: 16% probability
  • $486 to $600: 12% probability

NAGA says these probabilities are no guarantee of the total value you receive, which may differ significantly from any estimate based on them. Treat the $600 as a ceiling and don't plan around it.

Key conditions

  • Promo code: enter the code for your level before each deposit. It can't be added afterwards.
  • Bank transfers: deposit the full amount for your level in a single transfer and include the code.
  • Top-ups: moving to a higher level only pays the difference. If you deposit $2,500 with Autumn5 and another $2,500 with Autumn10, you get 5 more shares, not 10.
  • Limits: up to 500 shares and $500,000 of qualifying deposits per client. Clients who took part in the Spring or Summer campaigns only get the difference.
  • Lock-up: 60 days from the most recent credit. New shares restart the lock-up for all your free shares.
  • Withdrawals: your balance can't fall below the qualifying deposit because of withdrawals during the lock-up. A withdrawal request that would take you below it cancels all your free shares, even if you later cancel the request. Market losses don't count.
  • After the lock-up: you can only sell the free shares at NAGA. You can't transfer them to another broker.
  • Availability: free shares are limited, and NAGA can change or end the campaign.

How do I get my free NAGA share?

  1. Open your account through our link.
  2. Complete the identity checks. NAGA only credits free shares after you finish its onboarding.
  3. Check that you have a Real Share account. If you don't see one, ask support@naga.com to open it.
  4. For the Autumn offer, enter the code for your deposit level before you deposit.
  5. Deposit into the Real Share account and make sure the amount reaches the minimum for your offer.
  6. Wait up to three business days after all the conditions are met.

You can refuse the free share within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting support. If you do, you won't get a replacement.

What does a NAGA Real Share account cost?

These are the costs you face if you keep using the account, according to NAGA's Costs and Charges policy:

  • Trading fee: €1 per executed order on stocks, so buying and later selling a share costs €2 in total.
  • Currency conversion: a fee of up to 2.5% on EUR and USD can apply when your account currency differs from the currency of the share.
  • Withdrawals: NAGA charges no withdrawal fee, although your bank or payment provider may charge one.
  • Inactivity: €20 per month once an account goes six months without an order.

The inactivity fee matters most if you only open the account for the free share. An account left untouched can lose the value of that share in a few months, so sell the share and withdraw, or keep investing.

Is NAGA regulated?

Yes. Clients in the European Economic Area are served by NAGA Markets Europe Ltd, authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under licence 204/13. It is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund, which covers retail clients up to €20,000. It belongs to The NAGA Group AG, which is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Is the NAGA free share worth it?

If you already want a NAGA account, yes: a $100 deposit gets you one real share, with no trading required. Just remember that 60% of clients receive a share priced between $25 and $66 and that your deposit has to stay put for 45 days.

The Autumn codes are only worth a look if you'd keep at least $2,500 at NAGA for 60 days anyway, since you can't move the shares to another broker. Before you deposit, compare the other offers in our broker bonuses list.

FAQ

Is there a NAGA promo code?

Yes, for the Autumn campaign: Autumn5, Autumn10, Autumn20, Autumn40, Autumn75, Autumn100 and AUTUMN500. Your First Share, On Us doesn't need a code.

Can I get the free share if I already have a NAGA account?

Your First Share is only for first-time depositors. The Autumn campaign is open to new and existing clients, as long as you deposit the full amount for your level.

Can I choose which share I get?

No. NAGA allocates your shares at random and several free shares can come from the same company.

Can I withdraw my deposit?

You can, but withdrawing during the lock-up can cost you the free shares if you fall below the qualifying amount. Under the Autumn campaign, the withdrawal request alone is enough to cancel them.

Do I have to trade to keep the free share?

No. Neither campaign has a trading requirement. However, under the Autumn campaign, not logging in for three consecutive months can disqualify you.

Can I combine Your First Share with the Autumn campaign?

The terms don't say that you can. They treat using several promotions in a coordinated sequence as a possible sign of abuse, so ask NAGA's support before you try.

Will my free share be subject to tax?

You are responsible for any tax on the free shares. Your tax advisor should tell you how they are taxed where you live.
